TrustBaseTH provides customer experience, first-party feedback, service-care, and reputation workflow tools for local businesses. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for business locations or profiles you are authorized to manage.
Business responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, links, customer communications, and responses. You must not use TrustBaseTH to mislead customers, suppress lawful feedback, or violate third-party platform policies.
External services and platforms
If you connect an external service, you confirm that you hold the required owner or manager authority. External platforms remain separate services governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, pause, or depend on third-party APIs and services. We may update these terms as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
TrustBaseTH is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
